Jaime has a specialization in adult counseling although she provides mental health therapy to teens, young adults, older adults, couples, and families.  Jaime incorporates a variety of methods and techniques derived from Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused, Person-Centered, Art and Music, and Mindful and Holistic therapies.  Jaime makes use of an eclectic therapy approach that draws on multiple theoretical orientations and techniques to address individual client needs.

In her free time, Jaime enjoys spending time with her family, attending sporting events, concerts, and traveling.  She facilitates her own self care through yoga, spending time in nature, and benefitting from hiking, kayaking, biking and walking her dogs.  Jaime has a strong faith and spiritual belief that can be utilized within the therapy approach if desired by the client.
