Erin is a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania with over 7 years of experience in mental health counseling and 15 years in the social services field. Erin draws from her extensive training in family systems work, trauma-informed interventions, and mindfulness-based approaches to support her clients. Erin is passionate about working with individuals in young and middle adulthood to facilitate healing old wounds and to create a life that they truly desire.

Erin works collaboratively with her clients to build awareness and understanding of their experiences and behaviors, moving beyond quick fixes and day-to-day happenings. With her education and experience, Erin tailors her approach to fit the specific needs of her clients to facilitate growth and healing.

Erin believes in the benefits of finding small moments for yourself.  For her own self-care, Erin enjoys reading, meditating, walking, kayaking, and idle time. Erin’s interests include spending time with her family and animals, listening to music, and watching college football.
